WhatsApp: The Klaviyo <> Krispy integration

Why connecting Klaviyo and Krispy?


It's harder than ever for brands to reach customers. With email open rates hovering around 20%, building long-term relationships is a challenge. This is why we created the Klaviyo <> Krispy integration.

On what flow can you use it?

Basically any flow you can think of! But how does it work?

Step 1 - Go to Klaviyo

The first thing you want to do is to go to Klaviyo and select the flow you want to continue on Krispy. Then instead of choosing an email in the left side bar, you want to select the webhook feature.

Make sure to add the webhook information provided in Krispy.

Step 2 - Create a flow in Krispy

Then you want to go to Krispy to create a new flow. Make sure to click on "Klaviyo webhook" as a trigger.

Step 3 - Finalise your flow

Then add a time delay and select the WhatsApp template you want to send to your customers on WhatsApp

Last step: you click on "launch" and your flow is ready to send message directly on WhatsApp!
